Bishu Hayasushi

"Grasp Sushi",which is made by use of vinegar of Kasu in Bishu, spread to Edo in the late Edo period. Because it is cheaper than one that is made by use of vinegar of rice "Bishu Hayasushi", which is a sushi that was reproduced a taste at that time, is a new special product of Chita Peninsula.
