This
is the only one museum in Japan that has a comprehensive
collection of materials for a 200 year history of vinegar
brewing, and you will easily understand the difference of
the old vinegar brewing method and the present method.
As the fragrance of vinegar hangs in the air on this area
and it well matches with a line of warehouses storing vinegar,
scenery of this area is selected as one of "the 100
fragrant sceneries" by the Ministry of the Environment. |
