| "Gomo" means
boiled rice mixed with vegetables and chicken (or other
meat or fish) which is popular home cooking in Seto. This
was very valued by ceramic craftsmen in Seto, who were not
able to leave their work site once fire was started in a
kiln, because it was quickly eaten and had a lot of nutrition. |
