in the Edo Era. It has stood for a long time and the Kosugaya
Plant of Morita Co., Ltd. Is surrounded by a rich amount
of nature. Morita Aji-no-yakata Hall is a hall in
which you can learn all about brewing utilizing its profound
atmosphere. The production processes of sake, miso and soy
sauce are introduced by a video presentation at the hall.
You may also try a sip of "Nenohi" brand sake,
and the Morita products including the original products
of Aji-no-yakata are available. A group tour of the
plant is available and a rest space is also provided in
the hall. We hope you touch upon live food culture of Morita
that has rich and deep taste. |
